1. Who we are
outlets.bd ("we", "us") is a Bangladesh-based retail intelligence platform. For privacy-related queries: privacy@outlets.bd.
2. What data we collect
- Information you submit on forms: name, role, organization, district, phone, email, message.
- Operational data from connected outlets: SKU stock counts, sales events, demand signals (only with explicit consent during onboarding).
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it
To onboard outlets, run the network, generate aggregate retail intelligence, improve the product, and contact you about services you opted into. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Operational data may be shared in aggregated, de-identified form with brands and distributors on the network. Identifiable data is shared only with your explicit opt-in (e.g. you list your outlet in the public directory).
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is role-based, audited, and limited to authorized team members.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@outlets.bd. We comply with applicable Bangladesh data and consumer-protection regulations.
