Terms of Service

By using outlets.bd, OutletOS, or the outlets.bd API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any outlet, brand, or organization you register on the platform.

No scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of the API, or upload of unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant outlets.bd a license to process it to operate the service and to derive aggregated, de-identified insights.

The service is provided "as is" during early access, with no uptime SLA unless agreed in a separate enterprise contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, outlets.bd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
